Free shipping on orders over €100+ (4 - 6 business days).
Please expect a processing time of 2 - 3 business days.
Order by 16 December (Standard) or 18 December (Express) for delivery before 24 Dec.

RETURN POLICY
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of order date. We offer express pre-paid returns for a €8 fee (or local currency equivalent) deducted from your refund.
We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return. For customers in the European Union, the right to cancel and return within 14 days is not affected by the ‘final sale’ designation.
Orders placed between 30th October and 31st December 2025, can be returned through 31st January 2026. This policy will not apply to any items purchased as final sale.
